Illumination is inspired by the changing light at Belhaven Bay, East Lothian. One moment a cloud would veil the sun, the next it would pass and the sun would cast bright rays on the beach, brilliantly illuminating the sand and brightening the whiteness of the gulls. Traprain Law is in the distance.
